Manager/Multimedia
I was hired in as the Parts and Service Manager at our Chacon Suzuki Store. My duties where customer service, ordering and keeping stock of parts, keeping track or money and daily cash counts, and keeping up with warranty and other service claims. I also worked with getting parts from vendors for used vehicles being serviced. I now manage a satellite store where I am in charge of getting financing on customer deals as well as normal daily maintenance and cash counts. I also work on other media items for the company including online postings and working and revamping their web site.
Cash America 2002-2007
Store Manager
I worked my way through college through Cash America. I started out as a part-time employee, then moving to full-time, and then to what is called a third-key (step you must take in between hourly clerk and management). After graduating I moved up to an Assistant Manager in two different stores before getting my own store in 2005. After a year of managing a smaller store I was moved to the store I had started in, one of the largest stores in the area at the time, to manage that store. My duties as a manager ranged from hiring and firing employees, gauging what merchandise is worth loaning and selling and discounting for, compliance with state local and federal regulations, and day to day cash counts and inventory control.

Chicago Title 2004
I created a Closing Cost Calculator for Chicago Title to use on the back end of their web site for clients to use.
Created a one page web ad for the company showing a few projects, products, contact info, and location.
